1. Acceptance of terms

2. Products — new, used & refurbished

We sell new, used and refurbished mobile phones, laptops, tablets and accessories. Each product listing indicates its condition (NEW, USED or REFURBISHED). Used and refurbished devices are inspected before sale, but may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with their condition, and may not include original packaging or accessories unless stated. Product images are for illustration; actual colour or packaging may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & order acceptance

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order and issue a refund where payment has already been made.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the address provided. 6. Returns, refunds & warranty

Return and refund eligibility depends on the product and its condition category, as described on our Returns & Refunds page. Warranty coverage, where applicable, varies by product and will be confirmed with you at the time of purchase — new devices typically carry the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty, while used and refurbished devices may carry a shorter store warranty. To request a return, refund or warranty claim, contact us within the applicable window with your order details.

7. Sell / exchange program

If you sell or exchange a device with us, you confirm that: you are the lawful owner of the device, or are authorised to sell it; the device is not stolen, lost, blacklisted or linked to any outstanding finance; and you have removed all personal data, accounts (such as Find My iPhone/Google account locks) and SIM/memory cards before handover. We reserve the right to decline or revise a valuation if the device’s condition, functionality or ownership cannot be verified. Quoted exchange/sell values are estimates until the device is physically inspected in-store.

8. User accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos and product images — is owned by or licensed to Dhaka Mobile Shop and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhaka Mobile Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, including loss of data on a device sold, exchanged or serviced with us. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Ganaur, Haryana].
